And the complement to 20% is...

Here's an interesting article that says 20% of American toddlers are watching more than the AAP recommended maximum of two hours of television/screen time. What I find odd is that this figure seems out of line (low) with other studies. More interesting, however, is that is 20% are exceeding the limit, that means 80% -- a vast majority -- are within it. This seems like good news.
